The Process

I will do a thorough review of your to-do list before we begin so we both know what I’m able to do in one day. I’ll let you know if more days may be required. You will never walk away with half finished work and have to spend more money.

Book your VIP day here. Once I receive your 50% deposit, a contract will be sent to you for you to sign.

within 24 hours

You will receive a welcome email with the VIP day details and our work together.

5 days before your vip day

You will submit your questionnaire to me with your website list of to-dos along with any written copy, graphics, images and specific details. I will review everything, create a plan of action and get back to you wi up questions or concerns if needed.

3 days before your vip day

I will send you our day-of schedule so you know what to expect and when things from me and when I can expect feedback from you. If needed, we may do a kick-off call.

This is the big day! I will start early and dedicate myself to your project only so I can get as much done as possible in one day. I will stay in touch throughout the day regarding progress and feedback so we are staying on track.

I will follow up the next day with a final payment request and an email telling you what was done.

is a good fit for your project?

Yes, this will work for you:

  • You already have a published WordPress website
  • You have an established brand or beginning stage
  • Have a main contact person who can commit to a day of communication and make decisions
  • Have a tight deadline and need it done quickly
  • Have all the content ready for me to use to build out the web page
  • Aren’t ready to invest in a full website design

This will not work for you:

  • You need a new or redesigned website
  • Don’t have all your content (copy, images, pricing, etc.) ready for the day
  • Need more strategy for your website
  • Need more time to review, provide feedback and less pressure to get it done in the one day

I’ve tried to answer the top questions I get and I tend to provide a lot of detail so I hope this helps you make your final decision.

The VIP day investment is $1,540 with a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your VIP date on the calendar. The remaining balance is due before our VIP Day.

The first step is to choose a date on my calendar to chat. Once we confirm your tasks will fit in the one day time frame, I’ll book you in. Before the VIP Day, you will send me the content with the tasks you’ll want me to complete. We’ll focus on your most important priority tasks first and I’ll start my work.

I’ve been building WordPress and working on websites for the past fifteen years both for small business owners, nonprofits and corporate companies. I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t and generally how long things take. I work quickly and efficiently and have been multitasking for years on marketing teams. With the VIP Day, I am dedicated only to your project and can get a lot done.

Yes. We can work together and possibly split the day if this works well.

Before the actual VIP day, you will submit a to-do wishlist in order of importance or priority. This way I can review it and decide if it’s realistic to accomplish in one day. I’ll need any web copy, graphics, images and a brand guideline if you have one. If you don’t have the copy or, images or graphics before the day, we will need to reschedule for another date.

You can book a back-to-back VIP day or additional half-day in order to complete your project. Depends on my available the next day.

This is an investment in your business. It includes a lot of work for you and for me so it does take an investment in time as well. Most people I work with are ready to go and invest.

We will chat before booking your VIP Day Intensive and discuss your goals and exactly what you w ant done. I’ll have an idea if I think it will or won’t fit in the whole day. During the actual day, if I feel things are taking longer and may not get done, we will discuss next steps and make sure your priority items are done first.

You will not have to be waiting by the phone or on video the whole time. I will need you to be free during our scheduled check-in times throughout the day so you can see my progress, answer any questions and provide feedback. The more available you make yourself, the more we can get done.

I would suggest booking as far in advance as possible as I only book 3-4 VIP days a month. Usually 4-6 weeks in advance. Keep in mind if you have any upcoming launches in the next few months, you will need to book me a month or two months before that.
